Care & Cleaning

  • BEFORE COOKING: Preheat your pans on low to medium heat for up to 90 seconds before adding oil or butter. Only a small amount of oil or butter is needed to lightly coat your cookware.

  • DURING COOKING: Use low to medium heat to ensure a smooth cooking experience and preserve your cookware’s coating. Always handle hot pans and lids with a pot holder, oven mitt, or dish towel, and never grip pans beyond the small bump on the underside of the handle.

  • AFTER COOKING: Allow your cookware to fully cool before hand washing with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not place your pans in the dishwasher, as this will damage the ceramic coating.
